The Concept
Swipe Drink transforms beverage purchasing with a digital token system. Tokens can be purchased in advance or quickly, and then redeemed at vending machines or partner sites. This cashless solution improves security while significantly reducing transaction times.
The platform beautifully balances simplicity and precise purchase tracking, making it user-friendly for both everyday use and special events.
Target Users
Swipe Drink services both B2C and B2B customers. It's ideal for busy people, parents monitoring children's allowances, and event participants looking for short refreshment options. For businesses and event organizers, it simplifies drink sales, reduces cash handling, and tracks consumption.
Swipe Drink's broad audience ensures that it is suitable for both daily living and large-scale events, meeting a variety of needs with a single platform.
Key Features
Swipe Drink extends beyond basic tokenization through thoughtfully designed capabilities that enhance the entire user experience. The platform offers customizable token packages for various user needs, real-time balance monitoring for transparent management, and multiple secure payment pathways for user preference.
These elements combine to create a holistic solution that transforms the entire beverage purchasing experience rather than merely digitizing transactions.

User Pain Points
While researching about user pain points we found out for B2B, managing events often means scattered revenue tracking, difficulty analyzing attendee behavior, and the hassle of distributing physical coupons.
On the B2C side, users face long queues, inconvenient payment methods, and outdated vending systems requiring exact change or cash. So , after we gathered all the pain points we started researching how to solve it.
Our Approach
After mapping the pain points across both B2B and B2C users, we didn’t jump straight into wireframes. Instead, we began with a Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework to truly understand what users were trying to accomplish in specific event environments.
We then conducted rapid journey mapping and task flow breakdowns to identify friction points. Instead of overwhelming users with options, we leaned on progressive disclosure showing only what matters when it matters.
Solution Highlight
One of the strongest solutions we uncovered was a tap-based digital token wallet that works both online and offline. This eliminated wait times, removed the need for cash or cards, and allowed event hosts to track usage in real time. It bridged B2B control and B2C ease in one seamless, intuitive flow accessible with just a tap.
Some work sample
Logo and Brand -mark.
Our main goal for the Swipe Drink logo was simple, no guessing. The white QR code signifies digital, scannable transactions, while a drink illustration upfront clearly states the product. Complementing this, the tilted, curved line subtly mimics a "swipe" gesture, hinting at speed and ease of use.

Bringing Swipe Drink to Life with Mock ups🚀
To make the concept feel real and market-ready, we designed high-fidelity mockups, posters, and banners that show how Swipe Drink would appear in actual settings. Ensuring the brand looks reliable, fun, and instantly recognizable whether on screens, stalls, or tokens.

A Festive & Popping Style Guide
We opted for a vibrant palette of yellow, black, blue, and pink specifically to create a festive and popping mood. This mix ensures the brand is bright, energetic, and immediately eye-catching, appealing to all ages, including kids. We wanted to convey pure fun and excitement with every interaction.

Working with the team on Swipe Drink was refreshingly smooth. They understood the challenge of blending tech with on-ground event experience and came up with a system that felt both intuitive and scalable.
