What happens after I submit the form?
Once you submit the form, our team will review your inquiry and get back to you as soon as possible. If your project is a good fit, we'll schedule a free 30-minute discovery call to learn more about your goals, timeline, and requirements.
After the call, we'll recommend the best approach and, if appropriate, send you a clear proposal with the scope, timeline, team, and pricing. If we're not the right fit, we'll let you know honestly and point you in the right direction.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. Your first 30-minute free discovery call is completely free, with no obligation to move forward. It's an opportunity for us to learn about your product, understand your goals, answer your questions, and discuss the best way to approach your project.
There's no sales pressure - just an honest conversation to see if we're the right fit.
Who will I speak with?
You'll speak directly with a member of our product team, not a salesperson. The conversation is focused on understanding your business, product, and challenges, so you can get practical advice from someone involved in planning and delivering digital products - not someone reading from a sales script.
What should I prepare before the call?
You don't need a detailed project brief to get started. If you have a website, product, Figma file, requirements, or even a rough idea, that's enough.
We'll ask the right questions during the call, help you organize your thoughts, and recommend the best next steps based on where you are today.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Absolutely. We understand that many projects involve confidential ideas, product roadmaps, or sensitive business information. If you'd like to sign an NDA before discussing your project, we're happy to do so.
Protecting your information and building a relationship based on trust is an important part of how we work.
How soon can we start?
It depends on the scope of your project and our current availability, but most projects begin within 5 business days after the proposal is approved.
If you have a tight deadline or an upcoming launch, let us know during the discovery call. We'll review your timeline and do our best to recommend the fastest and most practical way to get started.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. We know that priorities change. Funding rounds get delayed, product roadmaps shift, and internal teams sometimes need time to regroup. That's why our subscription plans are designed to give you flexibility instead of locking you into long-term contracts.
If you need to pause your subscription, simply let us know 14 days in advance. We'll wrap up any active work, organize your project files, and hand everything over so your team can continue where we left off.
When you're ready, you can restart your subscription without rebuilding the project from scratch or onboarding a new team.
You can also upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan as your business evolves. Whether you're scaling quickly or slowing down for a few months, our goal is to make the process simple and predictable, so your engagement always matches your current business needs rather than forcing you into a contract that no longer makes sense.
Can I start with a smaller project?
Yes - and many of our long-term partnerships begin that way. You don't have to commit to a large engagement on day one.
If you'd prefer to evaluate how we work together first, we can start with a focused project such as a product audit, landing page, website redesign, brand refresh, MVP feature, or a small UX improvement.
A smaller engagement gives both teams the opportunity to build trust, establish a workflow, and understand the product before expanding into a larger partnership.
It also allows you to see how we communicate, manage feedback, and deliver work without making a significant upfront commitment.
If the initial project goes well, scaling is straightforward. Since our team already understands your product, users, and business goals, we can transition into larger projects or an ongoing subscription without losing momentum or starting the process from scratch.
How do projects usually start?
Every project starts with a free discovery call to understand your product, goals, and challenges. These calls typically take 30 minutes. Before the meeting, our team reviews any information you share - your website, product, ads, or project brief - so we can have a productive conversation instead of asking basic questions.
After the call, we'll recommend the best approach based on your objectives, whether that's improving an existing product, building something new, or solving a specific design or development challenge. You'll receive a clear project scope, estimated timeline, deliverables, and a proposed team, so you'll know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
Kickoff happens within five business days of signing. New engagements start with a two-week trial sprint; if the first deliverable misses expectations, we redo it free or refund the prorated amount.
From there, designers and developers work together in a shared workflow, with regular progress updates and feedback sessions to keep the project moving smoothly from start to finish.
