Key purpose of the role
Design intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces for digital products that solve real problems. Shape everything from low‑fi wireframes to polished UIs that go live.
- Translate briefs and user stories into thoughtful designs
- Build clean, scalable design systems
- Collaborate closely with developers and PMs
- Test, iterate, and refine designs based on feedback
- Contribute to Orbix’s design culture & quality standards
Key areas of responsibility
- Create wireframes, mockups & clickable prototypes
- Manage components & style guides in Figma
- Prepare assets and specs for developers
- Review live builds to ensure pixel‑perfect execution
- Stay up‑to‑date on design trends & best practices
- Join design critiques & product meetings
- Mentor junior designers and share learnings
What we’re looking for
- 6 months–2 years of experience designing real products
- Solid portfolio with live work (not only Dribbble shots)
- Confident in Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping)
- Strong grasp of color, typography, layout & accessibility
- Quick learner who adapts easily
- Friendly, open to feedback & discussion
Bonus skills (nice to have)
- Understanding of UX methods (user flows, journey maps, etc.)
- Familiarity with design hand‑off & collaboration tools
- Experience designing responsive or adaptive interfaces
