Position Summary
Orbix Studio is hiring a seasoned and strategic Senior UI/UX Designer to lead high-impact digital projects from concept to execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Dhaka office — remote is not available.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end design journeys across SaaS platforms, fintech tools, mobile apps, and enterprise products. As a senior team member, you’ll drive design thinking, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to shape meaningful user experiences that deliver measurable business value.

What You’ll Do
- Lead UX strategy and visual direction across fintech, SaaS, healthtech, and B2B platforms.
- Translate product goals into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI using Figma and FigJam.
- Collaborate deeply with product managers, developers, and researchers across the full product lifecycle.
- Plan and conduct UX audits, usability testing, and user research to inform design.
- Build and scale design systems and reusable components for consistent experiences.
- Provide clear developer handoffs and support implementation QA.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and team processes.
- Advocate for accessibility, performance, and responsive design best practices.
- Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and bring innovative ideas into projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 4-5 years of proven experience in UX/UI design with real product launches (agency or product-side).
- A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, Stunning UI, and deep UX problem-solving.
- Mastery of Figma — from components to interactive prototypes and design systems.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), usability heuristics, and UI patterns.
- Clear, confident communication skills — with designers, developers, and clients.
- A leadership mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal direction.
- Experience in presenting work to clients, stakeholders, or executive teams.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Shopify– no coding required).
- Experience with product analytics, conversion optimization, or UX KPIs.
- Background in fintech, SaaS, healthcare, or complex dashboard interfaces.
- Working knowledge of Webflow, Framer, or motion-based UI tools.
