Key purpose of the role
- Design and deliver clean, user‑friendly interfaces for web and mobile products
- Turn briefs and wireframes into polished, interactive designs
- Collaborate with developers, product managers and other designers
- Use feedback and user insights to improve your work
- Contribute to Orbix’s design standards and creative culture
Key areas of responsibility
- Translate product requirements and user stories into thoughtful UI designs
- Build and manage design systems and style guides in Figma
- Prepare prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews
- Work closely with developers for pixel‑perfect implementation
- Review live products and suggest design improvements
- Stay updated on trends, tools and best practices
- Share learnings and mentor junior designers
- Help the team meet quality standards and deadlines
- Join design critiques and product meetings
What we’re looking for
- 6 months–1.5 years of UI design experience
- A portfolio with real product work (not just concepts)
- Confident in Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping)
- Solid grasp of layout, color, typography and accessibility
- Quick learner who adapts easily
- Collaborative, open to feedback and discussion
- Clear written and verbal communication (English & Bengali)
Bonus skills (nice to have)
- Knowledge of UX methods: wireframes, user flows, journey maps
- Basic motion design or illustration
- Familiarity with design handoff tools
- Understanding responsive and adaptive design
