Our task was to design a digital experience that matched the premium feel of a physical luxury car showroom. Users needed a clear, visually engaging way to explore different models and personalize their vehicles without feeling overwhelmed by the options.




Challenge
Exploring a luxury car online should feel as premium as sitting in the driver's seat, but traditional automotive websites often feel like reading a spreadsheet.
Aito’s challenge was:
- Complex vehicle specifications (like engine layout, weight, and range) were hard to digest at a glance
- The bespoke (customization) journey was not intuitive, causing users to get lost in options
- There was a disconnect between the physical car's premium feel and the flat digital experience
- The in-car dashboard experience was not reflected in the online platform


Solution
The work focused on translating physical luxury into a digital format. We reorganized how information is presented, making complex data beautiful and the customization process straightforward.
UX Design
Exploring a lineup of luxury models and configuring a bespoke car can be complex. The user flow was restructured to guide users naturally from discovering models (like Phantom, Spectre, and Ghost) to selecting bespoke features, reducing cognitive load and making the journey feel effortless.
UI Design
Heavy technical details like max power, acceleration, and top speed were not visually engaging. We redesigned the interface using a refined, high-contrast layout, presenting specs as clean, easy-to-read modules alongside striking imagery of car details like front air vents.
Interaction Design
Key actions like rotating the car, viewing performance metrics, and selecting custom options were static. We introduced interactive elements that allowed users to actively explore the car’s features and performance data, rather than just scrolling through text.
Product Design
A luxury car experience doesn't end at the website; it continues inside the vehicle. We designed an interactive dashboard UI that mirrors the actual in-car experience, complete with navigation and vehicle stats, to create a cohesive bridge between the digital showroom and the physical product.


Outcome
The redesign created a unified digital experience that matched the luxury of the physical vehicles. The bespoke journey became clear, engaging, and visually striking.
