Our task was to design Orelax in a way that makes searching for properties quick and easy to understand. Users needed a clear way to filter listings, view property details, and schedule visits. At the same time, the experience had to support real estate agents by helping them manage listings.

Finding the Right Property Required Too Much Effort
Searching for a home is one of the most important decisions people make, yet many real estate platforms overwhelm users with cluttered listings, complex filters, and disconnected experiences. Instead of helping users find properties faster, the process often created frustration and uncertainty.
• Property listings felt difficult to browse efficiently
• Search filters were overwhelming and hard to use
• Important property details were buried within listings
• Comparing multiple properties required extra effort
• Contacting agents involved too many steps

Built a More Efficient Property Search Experience
We redesigned the experience around the needs of modern property seekers. The goal was to help users discover relevant properties, evaluate options quickly, and connect with agents without unnecessary friction.
• Simplified property discovery and navigation
• Highlighted key property information earlier
• Improved filtering and search experiences
• Streamlined agent communication workflows
• Used visual-first layouts to support decision-making
Property cards, interactive maps, and streamlined interactions helped users find suitable homes faster.

Researching How People Search for Their Next Home
We studied real estate browsing habits, decision-making behavior, and property search patterns to understand how users discover and evaluate homes.
• Users want relevant properties quickly
Most people begin their search with a specific location, budget, and property type already in mind.
• Visual content drives engagement
Property photos, floor plans, and neighborhood information heavily influence decisions.
• Trust is critical
Users need accurate information and confidence in the quality of listings.
• Too many choices can slow decisions
People prefer focused recommendations and clear comparisons over endless browsing.

Designing a Faster Way to Search, Compare, and Connect
The experience was built around helping users move confidently from discovery to decision. Whether browsing available homes, comparing options, or contacting agents, every interaction was designed to reduce friction.
Research, user flows, and wireframes helped create a journey that feels natural and efficient. The result is a streamlined experience that supports users throughout every stage of their property search.

Making Property Information Easier to Explore
Once the experience was simplified, the interface focused on helping users quickly understand and evaluate properties. Key information such as pricing, location, amenities, and property specifications was surfaced earlier in the journey.
The visual design uses clean layouts, strong hierarchy, and intuitive navigation patterns. Interactive maps, image galleries, and property cards work together to create a modern and engaging browsing experience.
