Our task was to design Final Drive in a way that makes the athletes look explosive and the brand feel unstoppable. The illustrations needed a clear way to showcase different sports - from track and field to winter sports, and capture peak motion.

Old sports drawings look boring and totally frozen
When people draw sports, they usually make the players look like they are just frozen in place. For Final Drive, normal sports drawings felt totally flat, and you couldn't actually feel the crazy speed or power of the game.
- Frozen Players: The characters looked like stiff, boring statues instead of real players running super fast.
- Hidden Speed: The drawings showed the sports gear but failed to show that exciting, split-second rush of adrenaline.
- Messy Outfits: Different sports like running, skiing, and throwing didn't use a matching look or share the same design rules.
- Size Mistakes: The flat digital drawings lost all their cool energy when people tried to print them onto giant city walls.

Cool side-views and bright color streaks
We completely remade the drawings to show massive energy so you can feel the speed instantly. We stripped away all the messy background clutter and used bright, glowing colors so the players pop out at you.
- Super Side-Views: Shifting the characters into cool, sharp side-views made them look like they are blasting forward.
- Magic Guide Lines: We drew simple background guide curves to point your eyes exactly where the athlete is jumping.
- Glowing Color Blocks: We used bright, matching color styles for each sport so the whole project feels connected and fun.
- Multi-Size Layouts: We made the drawings work perfectly everywhere, from digital portfolios to massive outdoor billboards.

Helping your eyes see the action instantly
We looked closely at how people look at sports drawings. When a page has too many tiny details or messy patterns in the background, your brain gets confused and looks away. We found out that your eyes just want to follow the main direction of the movement.
That is why in the layout screens drew big, looping blueprint lines over the high-jumper. These lines act like a slide, pointing your eyes directly along the player's jump path so you understand the whole action in one second.

Character & Motion Design
We completely reinvented the look of these athletes to make them feel super fast and alive, creating a massive collection of sports drawings that match perfectly.
- The Master Team: We built a big master graphic that locks multiple sports together under giant, italic letters like "HURDLING" and "BASKETBALL".
- Action Sketches: We spent a ton of time testing loose, energetic sketches to make sure the bodies looked like they were really bending and sprinting.
- Wind Streaks: The running and baseball scenes use pure black backgrounds mixed with fiery red and neon blue trails to show wind blowing past the players.

Visual Storytelling & Format Design
We changed the sizes and shapes of our illustrations so they work perfectly for cool printed books and giant street signs.
- Premium Art Books: You can see how the drawings fit into a beautiful book layout next to big, clean words.
- Poster Packs: The design sheets show how the exact same artwork can easily change into cool split-screen posters without looking crowded.
- Giant Street Signs: The winter sports drawing uses neon colors and big white text, which is perfect for scaling up on a giant city billboard where people drive past.
