We were tasked with translating a premium physical retail experience into a frictionless digital environment. Users needed an intuitive way to browse collections and complete purchases with confidence, while the Wink operations team required a centralized dashboard to track orders and oversee customer data without complexity.




Challenge
Luxury fashion demands a high level of trust and visual clarity, but traditional e-commerce platforms often feel detached from the in-store experience.
Wink’s core challenges included:

- Creating a cohesive brand identity across mobile, web, and physical packaging

UX Design
The shopping journey was restructured to guide users effortlessly from discovery to checkout. We mapped out a frictionless flow that prioritizes product visibility, ensuring users can evaluate new arrivals and understand pricing without cognitive load.
UI Design
We crafted a minimalist interface that lets the clothing take center stage. By utilizing clean typography and generous whitespace, the design communicates modern luxury while keeping critical details like pricing, sizing, and delivery immediately accessible.
Interaction Design
Core interactions, from adding items to the cart to reviewing the final order summary, were refined for responsiveness. Subtle design cues were implemented to provide immediate visual feedback, ensuring users feel in control and secure as they transition from browsing to purchasing.
Product Design
A comprehensive design system was built to unify the user-facing platforms with the internal operations. We engineered a clean, data-driven admin dashboard that allows the Wink team to manage products, track real-time orders, and monitor customer activity through a single, coherent interface.
